Originally from Montana, I happily reside in Denver, Colorado, Enthusiastic and ambitious about comics and visual storytelling, I graduated from the Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design in 2007 with a BFA in Illustration. Intent on becoming a comic book penciller and inker, I place emphasis on clear storytelling, crisp pencils, and visually enticing line work. My illustration experience ranges from traditional to digital mediums with a wide variety of subject matter, science fiction and fantasy being recurring themes.

Comics
In June of 2011 I self-published my first comic anthology, called "The Fox Witch and Other Tales." All six stories are online for you to read for free! Also online is my 24-Hour Comic, "Dream of Green."

The Middle Path
I'll be the first to tell you that I'm not the strongest creative writer, so I asked Frank Romero of Denver's Comic Book Classroom to write me a script to illustrate for my book, The Fox Witch and Other Tales. He chose to write about a Buddhist woman in a post-apocalyptic world where robots have replaced humans.
I experimented with the panel borders, creating a fluid, art noveau inspired border when the panels were about the woman. When the panels featured robots, I added extra straight lines to indicate the mechanical qualities of the machines.
